2014. Secondary pillars: web applications, e-commerce, and

crm — CRM systems
CRM(1) WebCoder Manual CRM(1)
NAME
crm — CRM systems
SYNOPSIS
crm [--proprietary | --bespoke] [--industry=<sector>] [--integrate=<list>]
DESCRIPTION
Tailored CRM platforms for small and mid-sized businesses.
Client database, sales pipeline, invoicing, document workflows,
team collaboration.
Our core business — we have been delivering CRM systems since
2014. In portfolio: crmbhp.pl, our own product running across
the Polish occupational-health-and-safety market. Every project
starts from understanding the operational reality, not from
shoehorning a template.
Stack: PHP/Laravel or Node.js/NestJS on the backend, React on
the frontend, MySQL/PostgreSQL, integrations with invoicing,
ERP, mail, and whatever the company already runs.
EXAMPLES
$ crm --bespoke --industry=manufacturing
$ mail info@webcoder.pl --subject="CRM"

web — web applications
WEB(1) WebCoder Manual WEB(1)
NAME
web — web applications
SYNOPSIS
web [--framework=<react|next|nest>] [--lang=<ts|js|php>] [--cloud=aws]
DESCRIPTION
Web applications, from MVP to production systems. SPA dashboards,
internal tools, API backends, integrations.
Stack: React/Next.js on the frontend, Node.js/NestJS or
PHP/Laravel on the backend, AWS for infrastructure where it
pays off. TypeScript by default — easier to maintain code that
has to live for years.
We work both from scratch and on existing systems — extension,
refactoring, migrations between frameworks.
EXAMPLES
$ web --framework=next --lang=ts --cloud=aws
$ web --extend=existing-project

WWW(1) WebCoder Manual WWW(1)
NAME
www — websites
SYNOPSIS
www [--cms=<wordpress|static>] [--multilang]
DESCRIPTION
Company sites, landing pages, marketing platforms. WordPress
when the client wants to edit content themselves, static or
hand-coded when speed, SEO, and simplicity come first.
In every variant: real HTML in the source (not CSR-only),
mobile-first, fast LCP, indexable by both Google and AI
crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot).
EXAMPLES
$ www --cms=wordpress --multilang
$ man webcoder.pl # this very site is one

CONSULT(1) WebCoder Manual CONSULT(1)
NAME
consult — consulting, audits, code review
SYNOPSIS
consult [--scope=<architecture|review|audit|sanity-check>]
DESCRIPTION
Audits, architecture reviews, second opinions. Useful when an
existing system starts hitching, a project is stuck, or before
a big build kicks off and you want a sanity-check before
burning budget.
Deliverable: written recommendations, not just slack messages.
20 years of production experience plus ongoing contract work
with large corporations — we know what works and what just
looks good on a conference slide.
EXAMPLES
$ consult --scope=architecture
$ consult --scope=code-review --lang=typescript

SUPPORT(1) WebCoder Manual SUPPORT(1)
NAME
support — long-term maintenance and support
SYNOPSIS
support [--sla=<24h|business-hours>] [--scope=<monitor|fix|grow>]
DESCRIPTION
Long-term ownership of existing systems. Monitoring, security
patches, dependency updates, incident response, gradual feature
work.
SLAs negotiated case by case. Some clients have been with us
for over 10 years — because a system that "just works" is a
system someone keeps current.
EXAMPLES
$ support --sla=business-hours --scope=monitor
$ support --scope=grow # ongoing feature work
